WALTON NUNEZ (he/they)

Creative Director & Founder

Walton Nunez has enjoyed a successful career in entertainment and fashion for more than 10 years. In that time he’s had the opportunity to do everything from men’s grooming and art direction to being casting director and on-screen talent. 

While his roles have varied, one thing remained the same: being Latino he was often the only Person of Color onsite. He started BUYPOC to change that. As our Creative Director Walton has two goals: 1.) Start an inclusion conversation that goes beyond the ad industry and 2.) have fun doing it.

He’s a born-and-raised Angeleno, and currently based in Brooklyn, New York. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from City University of New York at Hunter College. You can see his work in editorials and campaigns for Harper’s BAZAAR, W Magazine, Golden Goose, and Esquire.
